Neither the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office nor defense attorneys for former President Donald Trump object to Senior U.S. District Court Judge Alvin Hellerstein’s continued oversight of the federal removal case, according to new court filings.

Hellerstein last week divulged that decades ago while a partner at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan he had provided legal services for Trump Equitable Fifth Avenue Co. He continues to receive a pension from Stroock, he told the parties.
