Rudy Giuliani is asking a court to strike a $10 million complaint filed against him by a woman who claims the former New York City mayor and Manhattan U.S. Attorney coerced her into sex—saying the “salacious” and false allegations are meant only to embarrass him into settling the case.

Noelle Dunphy filed a complaint against Giuliani last month claiming that he owed her millions in back pay from her time as his employee, consumed alcohol and Viagra constantly, and tried to use his leverage with then-President Donald Trump to sell pardons for $2 million apiece.
