Attorneys representing a woman who has accused Rudy Giuliani of sexual misconduct presented their arguments to move the lawsuit back to state court Tuesday, a week after Giuliani filed to remove the case to the Southern District of New York.

Abrams Fensterman partner Justin Kelton represents Noelle Dunphy, a former employee of Giuliani who has accused the former New York City mayor of breaching her employment contract, violating labor and anti-bias laws and forcing her to engage in non-consensual sex acts.
