CommentarySpeaking about his latest indictment, the federal one—incredible, really, that we have reached a point where we have to identify which of our former president's indictments he or we are discussing—Trump called it "the greatest witch-hunt in the history of our country" (except, of course, for the one two months earlier when he was indicted in Manhattan, or those just a few years earlier when he was twice impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors) and said that "[t]he Biden regime's weaponization of our system of justice is straight out of the Stalinist Russia horror show."

The case, filed Oct. 2 in Massachusetts District Court by the Brown Law Firm on behalf of Stephen Austen, accuses certain officers and directors of misleading investors in regard to Symbotic's potential for margin growth by failing to disclose that the company was not equipped to timely deploy its systems or manage expenses through project delays.
