Judicial candidate Linda Wilson won the Democratic primary in a countywide race for Brooklyn Civil Court, defeating party-endorsed contender Turquoise Haskin with 65% of the vote, according to an unofficial count reported by the New York City Board of Elections.

Wilson, a law clerk in the Appellate Division, Second Department, drew support from Brooklyn’s progressive reformer set and counted endorsements from Borough President Antonio Reynoso, Assembly Members Martiza Dávila and Robert Carroll, and groups that include the Central Brooklyn Independent Democrats.
