In connection with a landlord-tenant holdover proceeding scheduled for upcoming trial in Brooklyn, pro se plaintiff Feifei Gu sued landlord Hongyi Zeng and Housing Court Judge Sergio Jimenez. Gu claimed that Zeng violated federal criminal law by making false statements, forging documents, and committing perjury.

She also contended that Jimenez distorted the facts and improperly denied Gu’s jury demand and dismissal motion. In addition to money damages and Zeng’s imprisonment, Gu sought Jimenez’s imprisonment and disbarment.
