Plaintiffs were banned from “lacrosse-related activities” in the North Colonie School District in the Capital Region. Asserting claims under 42 USC §1983 and state law, they sued defendant board of education.

On April 6, U.S. District Judge David Hurd of the Northern District of New York issued a dismissal order in the case, characterizing plaintiffs’ complaint as “confusing, disorganized, and unacceptable, but also gave plaintiffs leave to amend their complaint.
