The nearly $67,000 sought by Davidoff Hutcher & Citron to cover the cost of litigating their fee dispute with former client Steve Bannon is unreasonable and excessive, Bannon's lawyer Harlan Protass had said in a new court filing.
Davidoff Hutcher sued Bannon—who served as a White House strategist to former President Donald Trump—earlier this year over nearly $500,000 in outstanding attorney fees related to their representation of him in multiple matters.
