U.S. Magistrate Judge Taryn Merkl of the Eastern District of New York on Friday denied former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo's motion to compel the New York State Office of the Attorney General to comply with a subpoena related to its investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct by Cuomo.
