Longtime attorneys who work in New York's state capital say they've noticed an influx in regional and national law firms and somewhat of a reduction of Albany-bred offices with 20 to 25 lawyers, but that there's still room for smaller entities.
The bigger regional firms, largely lured by government and regulatory-related litigation, are at times representing clients with no physical tie to Albany, other than government matters that go directly through its courts.
