Robert “Bobbie” Johnson, former Deputy Commissioner of Public Works for the Town of Greece, sued the town on Friday in the U.S. District Court for Western District of New York.

The suit, brought by Abrams Fensterman, accuses Town Supervisor and former New York State Assemblyman William D. “Bill” Reilich of forcing the plaintiff to perform auto repairs at Reilich’s so-called “Hot Rod Ranch” on weekends for long hours without compensation.
