Denial of Motion to Suppress

In United States v. Aguilar, 20 CR 390 (EDNY, July 7, 2023), Judge Vitaliano denied the defendant’s motion to suppress certain electronically stored information (ESI) obtained by the government from Google under a warrant, where the warrant was neither facially overbroad nor unreasonably executed.
