If you haven't heard already, New York Fashion Week is less than a month way! One of the big stories surrounding New York Fashion Week over the last few years has been the need for cultural diversity on the runway. In 2019, The Council of Fashion Designers of America penned a letter to New York Fashion Week designers, stating "[a]s you cast your New York Fashion Week shows, please remember to promote diversity and inclusion, on and off the runway."

The action, filed Oct. 7 in New York Southern District Court by the Brown Law Firm, accuses the company's directors and/or officers of falsely expressing confidence in the company’s restructuring of its sales incentive plan and downplaying the severity of decreases in its upfront commitments. The complaint was filed Sept. 4 in Connecticut District Court by attorney Robert M.
