In an historic first, oral arguments next week before the Appellate Division, Second Department will be heard by an all-Latino bench, Presiding Justice Hector LaSalle announced Tuesday.

“I look forward to joining my colleagues on the bench on Tuesday, September 5, as the Court marks this important milestone,” LaSalle said in a statement. “I take great pride and honor in being part of this historic event.”
