Justin Theroux’s long-running feud with an attorney who is his downstairs neighbor in a Greenwich Village co-op building spans six years of litigation that has been sent up for appellate review on three separate occasions.

And the clash may soon come before a jury of their Manhattan peers, who would likely hear testimony of a turf battle fought on a rooftop terrace shared by the “Leftovers” star and neighbor Norman Resnicow that has included allegations of harassment, maliciously pruned ivy and trespass by picnic umbrella.
