At a meeting hosted by Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison on Wednesday morning, a group of leading attorneys from law firms, corporate legal departments and universities gathered to discuss a game plan they laid out for employers, schools and others that seeks to enhance DEI efforts without leaving such organizations vulnerable to pushback from conservative legal activists.
