What are some of your proudest recent achievements? At a celebratory dinner after I was promoted to partner at Holwell Shuster & Goldberg, I thanked my parents, in-laws and husband and told them “It takes a village.” But two kids and a pandemic later, it is even more true (and just as trite) as it was then.

While I’ve had the opportunity to work on some of the most high-profile disputes—from RMBS putback litigation that first arose in the Great Recession to insurance coverage disputes related to the opioid crisis—I am most proud of the leadership role I’ve played in HSG’s marketing and recruiting efforts, which have brought diverse and talented lawyers to the firm. Most notably, I was instrumental in the formation of the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and the development of HSG’s formal mentoring program, among other initiatives.
