What are some of your proudest achievements from the past year? Opening the firm's London office and organizing the 2022 Corporate Governance Roundtable are two of my most exciting accomplishments from the past year. Given his decades of experience in navigating sustainability issues at the United Kingdom's largest private pension fund, adding Dr. Daniel Summerfield as the firm's Director of ESG and UK Client Services was also a tremendous achievement. Daniel brings to Pomerantz a thorough understanding of the UK's ESG regulatory structure, which, due to its mandatory reporting standards, is one of the most advanced in the world. His addition to the firm ensures that Pomerantz will be a leading voice in discussions surrounding ESG as they continue to evolve within the United States and the rest of the world.

As my team and I worked tirelessly to organize the most recent roundtable event in Los Angeles, the event's resounding success was also incredibly gratifying. The event gathered some of the most influential institutional investors from around the globe to discuss the collective power to make change on issues affecting their funds. In keeping with the theme of expanding Pomerantz's global footprint, the firm will be sponsoring its first European Corporate Governance Roundtable in October 2023, with former British Prime Minister Sir Tony Blair set to appear as the special guest speaker.
