She focuses on securities litigation and arbitrations and other complex commercial litigation on behalf of financial services clients, insurance companies, life sciences companies, and other public and non-public companies. Brody is a co-author of the "Securities Litigation" chapter of Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts.
Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Brody maintains an active pro bono practice and has represented individuals in the New York state and federal courts and elsewhere. Recently, along with co-counsel at the ACLU of Louisiana, she represents a plaintiff in a Section 1983 and whistleblower action. She is also on the board of directors of Mobilization for Justice, a non-profit legal services provider for low-income New Yorkers.
