Practice Profile: Sharonmoyee Goswami is a partner with Cravath, Swaine & Moore. Goswami  focuses her practice on intellectual property, antitrust and litigation involving complex scientific issues. She has extensive experience representing companies and individuals in all stages of litigation, from pre-complaint investigation through appeal, and routinely practices before the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Goswami is extremely active among numerous bar associations, currently serving as chair of the patent litigation committee of the New York City Bar Association and vice chair of the Federal Circuit Bar Association’s PTAB and TTAB committee. She is also a director of the South Asian Bar Association of New York and serves on the diversity committee of the PTAB Bar Association. She has additionally worked on a number of pro bono matters involving issues including asylum, employment discrimination, gun laws and hate crime litigation.
