Latham & Watkins added a partner in data and technology transactions from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, as firms of all sizes continue to find opportunities in tech—and build practices accordingly—despite a downtime for deal work.
Latham said Monday that Jessica Cohen, who regularly counsels on intellectual property and tech-related mergers and acquisitions, spinoffs and other ventures, joined as a partner in its corporate department in New York.
