According to prosecutors, Marks worked with Santos to inflate Santos' fundraising numbers in false reports submitted to the FEC.

A former campaign treasurer for U.S. Rep. George Santos, R-New York, pleaded guilty to one felony count of conspiracy Thursday in Long Island federal court, the same courthouse where her former boss is facing a 13-count indictment charging him with multiple fraud schemes.
