Of course, you have to get through the fourth quarter before you can tackle that new set of plans and priorities. This article provides some tips for stretching the budget, getting the work out and keeping your team engaged through the close of 2023.

There's nothing quite like planning your strategy for the new year to reenergize and motivate your legal team. Fall is a great time for looking forward. Of course, you have to get through the fourth quarter before you can tackle that new set of plans and priorities.
Based on the high volume of calls that come into our offices at this time of year, we know that most legal departments are buzzing with activity in these final months. It's a time for wrapping up outstanding projects and preparing for the year to come. We also understand that sometimes that can be difficult to do given the limited dollars left in the current year's budget.
