New York Court of Appeals Associate Judge Caitlin Halligan has recused herself from a major redistricting case set for arguments in Buffalo in mid-November, court spokesman Gary Spencer confirmed late Thursday.
First Department Justice Dianne Renwick will sit in for Halligan in Hoffmann v. Independent Redistricting Commission, Spencer said.
