Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Suzanne Adams on Tuesday allowed a woman who has accused billionaire hedge fund investor Leon Black of raping her in Jeffrey Epstein's Upper East Side mansion to move forward with her civil suit under the Adult Survivors Act, denying Black's partial motion to dismiss.
