Yaroshefsky's piece was in response to Dershowitz's letter to the editor titled, "An Open Letter to Law Firms That Hire Hamas Supporters," published in the New York Law Journal on Nov. 10]. 

In her letter about my recent op-ed, Ellen Yaroshefsky demands that Harvard investigates me and the courses I teach, and—“consider action against”—me for my op ed. And then, giving a new definition to Chutzpah, she accuses me of McCarthyism.
