NY Court Leaders Pick Antonio Seda to Head Bias Investigations
Seda's appointment follows scathing 2020 report that described a "second class system of justice" in New York's courts for people of color.

The New York court system on Tuesday named longtime Metropolitan Transportation Authority attorney Antonio Seda managing inspector general for bias matters within the Office of Court Administration.
Seda fills the vacancy created by Kay-Ann Porter Campbell's recent appointment to be OCA's inspector general. Seda's appointment takes effect Dec. 7.
