Civil Rights lawyer William Wagstaff III started law school while on federal house arrest. And now he’s running to be District Attorney of Westchester County.

“If there is anybody who can appreciate redemption, anyone who can appreciate a second chance, that’s me,” he said in an interview with the New York Law Journal. “That’s how I would approach this office if elected.”
