Chief Judge Rowan Wilson said he saw a need to "reset" the way the Office of Court Administration treats judges and everyone else working in the court system.

During an appearance at John Jay College of Criminal Justice on Monday, Chief Judge Rowan Wilson said he has been focused on improving morale in the court system since he assumed leadership of it in April.
"Our first priority was the morale of the judges and other court employees in the system, because it was really in the tank," he said.
