Defendant Michael Morgan’s mother allegedly had a dispute with an employee of McDonald’s restaurant over cold French fries and called Morgan to come to that location because she was being disrespected.

The Brooklyn District Attorney’s Office alleges that after Morgan and co-defendant Camellia Dunlap arrived at the restaurant, Morgan had an argument with McDonald’s employee Matthew Webb. According to court papers, Dunlap handed Defendant a firearm and Morgan shot Webb, killing him.
