A French aircraft manufacturer is seeking $130 million from aerospace company Triumph Group, alleging Triumph did not disclose significant liabilities in order to fraudulently induce a buyout.

Daher Aerospace Inc. is suing Triumph for fraudulent inducement of contract and breach of contract, claiming Pennsylvania-based Triumph did not reveal they were in continuous breach of multiple key preexisting customer contracts, including with their largest client, Boeing.
