Greenberg Traurig’s New York office is adding three longtime Seward & Kissel transactional attorneys primarily focused on advising clients with finance matters.
Kalyan Das arrives at Greenberg Traurig after more than three decades at Seward & Kissel, where he served as the head of the firm’s global bank and institutional finance and restructuring practice.
