The American Bar Association Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar released the Standard 509 Information Reports for all 196 ABA-accredited law schools, which was fraught with some data discrepancies meaning first-year enrollment decreased, but it depends which figures are used to determine by how much.

The ABA initially released the 509 data reports, including its announcement, on Dec. 15, but the statistics page of the ABA’s website, which includes a downloadable statistics spreadsheet published on Dec. 20, shows different data.
