Motion To Withdraw Guilty Plea and Dismiss Indictment Denied
In United States v. Rampersant, 21 CR 196 (EDNY, Dec. 5, 2023), Matsumoto denied defendant's motion to withdraw his guilty plea and dismiss as unconstitutional the indictment against him for being a felon in possession of a firearm.
