A group of 12 anonymous victims of Jeffrey Epstein accused the Federal Bureau of Investigation of negligence in a lawsuit filed Wednesday in the Southern District of New York, arguing that the FBI was aware of allegations against Epstein as early as 1996 but delayed taking action.
