Former President Donald Trump and his co-defendants on Monday filed notice of appeal of the nearly half-billion dollar judgment ordered by a Manhattan judge in a civil fraud case, arguing that the Appellate Division, First Department should consider whether the judgment had legal or factual deficiencies.
