Upon a New York trial judge's advance of a lawsuit by estates and surviving victims of the racially-motivated mass shooting in Buffalo, against social media giants, plaintiffs' counsel said on Tuesday they're pleased with the early win, yet prepared for the certain appellate battle to ensue.
