In the year leading to his contentious 2017 divorce, Karl Reeves was arrested five times. Charges including assault and endangering the welfare of a child were eventually dismissed.
In July 2019 Associated Newspapers published an allegedly false article on its online Daily Mail site, prompting Reeves’ and co-plaintiff Consolidated parties’ lawsuit alleging claims including defamation, infliction of emotional distress, and tortious interference with contract and prospective business relationships.
