Plaintiff Braulio Thorne, a legally blind drummer who has filed website accessibility complaints under the Americans with Disabilities Act against a number of companies, sued Capital Music Gear LLC, individually and on behalf of a putative class of others
In addition to the ADA complaint, Thorne also alleges violations of the New York State Human Rights Law and the New York City Human Rights Law and seeks declaratory judgment.
