Attorneys representing the New York Attorney General’s Office and former President Donald Trump on Monday came to an agreement on terms for the $175 million bond posted as Trump appeals the $454.2 million judgment ordered by the Manhattan judge in a civil fraud case.

After the Attorney General’s Office raised concerns about whether Trump’s bond was properly secured and whether Knight Specialty Insurance Co. was an appropriate entity to handle such a large bond, both parties appeared in court on Monday before Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron.
