I was stunned to read that federal judges had signed a letter saying that they would no longer hire law clerks from Columbia Law School because they disagreed with the school administration’s actions.
They openly advertise the attribution of guilt by association that underlies their decision. By doing so, they reveal their utter lack of capacity to serve in a role that requires them to dispense individual justice.
