Two of the Buffalo area’s highest-ranking state judges were presented with lifetime achievement awards for their years on the bench earlier this month at the New York State Trial Lawyers Association’s inaugural “Night at the Museum” event.
The organization presented honors to Associate Judge Shirley Troutman of the New York Court of Appeals and to Appellate Division, Fourth Department Presiding Justice Gerald Whalen. Paul Isaac, past president of the NYSTLA’s Western Region Affiliate Group and the founder of Paramount Settlement Planning, was also honored for his contributions to legal advocacy.
