Two partners in a Westchester accounting firm have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the Internal Revenue Service, acknowledging that they helped clients fraudulently reduce their tax liability between 2012 and 2018.

Certified public accountants Jack Sardis, 66, and George Sanossian, 70, also agreed to pay $652,883.60 in restitution to state and federal authorities.

Sardis, who pleaded guilty on Wednesday, is represented by Jeremy H. Temkin of Morvillo Abramowitz Grand Iason & Anello. Sanossian, who pleaded guilty on May 29, is represented by Charles E. Clayman of Clayman Rosenberg Kirshner & Linder and Alan Vinegrad of Covington & Burling.
