Cozen O’Connor on Monday said it has hired a new employment partner who will focus on labor issues in higher education, as the firm points to continued demand from universities and non-profits in advising on labor matters.

Sandi Dubin, a 20-year veteran of labor and employment law, left Ogletree Deakins to join Cozen’s New York office. The firm said she has a long track record of working with higher education institutions, including serving as New York University’s (NYU) associate general counsel and director of labor relations.
