With early voting underway in New York City primary elections, two key bar groups have issued ratings for candidates in a head-to-head race for Queens Surrogate Court judge.
Both the New York City Bar Association and the Queens County Bar Association issued “not approved” ratings for Manhattan Civil Court Judge Wendy Li, who is facing off against Civil Court Judge Cassandra Johnson for the open surrogate court seat.
