A three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on Monday affirmed a Manhattan district judge's ruling in favor of Charter Communications in a lawsuit related to advertising produced by Charter after one of its competitors, Windstream Holdings, filed for bankruptcy.
