Davis Wright Tremaine partner Elizabeth McNamara on Friday urged a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to uphold a district judge's ruling in favor of a group of publishers who filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against the nonprofit Internet Archive for its e-book offerings.
