U.S. Sen. Jon Ossoff, D-Georgia, became the first Senate Judiciary Committee Democrat to vote against one of President Joe Biden's judicial nominees Thursday as the committee failed to advance the nomination of U.S. Magistrate Judge Sarah Netburn for a Manhattan federal trial court judgeship.
