Wachtell tops the revenue per lawyer leaderboard again this year, and once again by a comfortable margin, with $4.2 million. The No. 2 firm is Sullivan & Cromwell, while RPL for Cravath, Swaine & Moore and Kirkland & Ellis broke the $2 million threshhold.
