U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane ordered Giuliani's Chapter 11 proceeding dismissed earlier this month, but said in an order on Thursday he has been unable to officially enter a judgment in the case due to Giuliani's claims he cannot pay the associated administrative fees.
