The federal judge overseeing Rudy Giuliani’s bankruptcy indicated he may be forced to place the former U.S. Attorney under oath in order to get straight answers about his murky financial situation.

U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Sean Lane ordered Giuliani’s Chapter 11 proceeding dismissed earlier this month but said in an order on Thursday he has been unable to officially enter a judgment in the case due to Giuliani’s claims he cannot pay the associated administrative fees.
